Refund Policy

At Mommy & Me Yoga Club, we strive to create a flexible and family-friendly experience while maintaining fairness and operational sustainability. Please review our refund and rescheduling policy below.

1. No Refunds for Late Cancellations or No-Shows

All class purchases (including drop-ins and multi-class packs) are non-refundable. If you miss a session you've already paid for, you can book a make-up session. You have three months to book your make-up session.

2. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If a class, workshop, or event is canceled by Mommy & Me Yoga Club due to instructor illness, weather, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • You may choose a full refund or credit toward a future class.

  • We will notify all registered participants via email or text as soon as possible.

 

3. Missed Classes and Rescheduling

We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable!
If you miss a scheduled class, you may reschedule within three (3) months of the original class date, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling must be arranged by contacting us at mommyandmeyogaclub@gmail.com or through your online account.

  • Missed classes that are not rescheduled within three months will expire and cannot be credited or refunded.

 

4. Memberships and Packages

  • Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • You may use any remaining classes within the valid time frame stated at purchase.

 

5. Workshops and Special Events

Refunds are not available for special events, workshops, or community sessions (e.g., Free Yoga in the Park, seasonal pop-ups) unless we cancel the event.
If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another eligible participant (e.g., another mom and child pair) with prior approval.
