Join us for a midweek reset two Wednesday evenings in January at Little Sweet P Play Cafe in Estero (41 & Estero Parkway)! Kids play FREE with supervision while moms enjoy a gentle flow and tension release class.

When we started planning Mommy & Me Yoga Club, we committed to having at least one free, community-centered yoga event each month. Between Athena's background in education and Kaitlyn's platform as Miss. New Jersey, it just feels natural to give back and serve others.

The idea for a mom yoga group with children playdates came to Athena over the summer. There was nothing like this in the area, and even mom-centered fitness groups in other cities just weren't the type of exercise or movement she loved.

Kaitlyn and Athena started meeting weekly for these yoga playdates and both knew so quickly that this was something more moms needed available to them!

We have worked tirelessly for months to bring together something comprehensive and inclusive. We wanted to make sure we offered classes for moms who are pregnant, moms who just had babies, moms who just want to work out and not have to worry about childcare, moms who are nervous and new to yoga, and moms who've been doing it as long as us.

No mom should have to give up her physical and emotional well-being because she doesn't have someone to watch her children. This belief is at the core of Mommy & Me Yoga Club.

We can't wait to fully take off in January with all of the ideas and feedback we've gathered during this soft launch 💙💙

Yoga with a toddler should count as strength training, right? 😅🧘🏻‍♀️

So a few things about us, Athena & Kaitlyn, the duo behind Mommy & Me Yoga Club:

1. We're competitive (just usually not against each other 😅).
2. We're perfectionists and a little hard on ourselves when things don't go perfectly.
3. We like to plan, make lists, and add endless tasks to our lists. 📝

We aren't exactly the same though 😉
1. Athena loves shopping and Kaitlyn doesn't (Hey, more business shopping for Athena).
2. Kaitlyn orders fun coffee drinks while Athena drinks coffee at home with unsweetened Nutpods 🤷🏻‍♀️
3. Athena organizes folders with perfectly titled documents sorted into them. Kaitlyn comfortably lives in the land of "Untitled" documents.

All jokes aside, we're so lucky to work well together, and we couldn't see ourselves partnered up with anyone else!

At Mommy & Me Yoga Club, we understand how hard it can be to find time for yourself. That’s why we offer optional supervised child watch during select mom-only yoga classes. While you flow, your child can enjoy safe, age-appropriate play nearby, so you can focus on your practice with confidence.

This option is ideal for moms searching for a gym with childcare, yoga with childcare, or a flexible fitness option that truly supports motherhood.
