Start your Valentine’s Day with movement, connection, and quality time as a family! Join Mommy & Me Yoga Club for a special Valentine’s morning Family Yoga class designed for parents, loved ones, and kids of all ages.

This playful, heart-themed class will include gentle yoga, partner poses, games, and mindful moments that encourage bonding, laughter, and love. No yoga experience needed.

This is a by-donation class. All families are welcome, and donations help support our ability to continue offering community-based family wellness experiences.
