Hosted at Big City Kids in Bonita Springs. Moms flow while children play for FREE! Our signature class designed specifically for moms — with children always welcome. This is a full yoga class focused on helping moms build strength, reduce stress, and feel good in their bodies, without needing to choose between their wellness and their family. Your child is welcome to: • Practice alongside you • Play at Big City Kids Whether your little one joins you on the mat or plays close by, you’ll still get a real, effective workout in a supportive, judgment-free environment created for modern motherhood. Perfect for moms of babies, toddlers, and young children — and open to all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat.
