Service Description

Our signature class designed specifically for moms while children enjoy playing at Little Burrow. This is a yoga class focused on helping moms build strength, reduce stress, and feel good in their bodies, without needing to choose between their wellness and their family. Your child is welcome to: • Practice alongside you • Relax or play nearby Perfect for moms of babies, toddlers, and young children — and open to all fitness levels. Please bring a mat, and we also suggest brining blankets if your little one isn't mobile yet. If you're expecting, please let us know so that we can provide modifications. An extra blanket or firm pillow is suggested during 2nd and 3rd trimester.
