Service Description

A feel-good mat Pilates- inspired class blended with functional movement is designed for moms. This 45-minute session blends gentle strength, core work, and stretching. Expect a supportive, no-pressure environment where you can get a great workout while your mini enjoys the playroom! All babies and young children are welcome. Stay after for a free Touch-a-Truck event starting at 11. Ticket includes Pilates class for mom and play session for her little one(s). Mats are provided.
