Service Description

Pop-Up with Forever Grounded Coffee in the beautiful The Commons space. This event includes a free drink ticket. All levels of moms and all ages of babies and children are welcome. Please bring a mat. Blankets and toys are suggested for little ones. Mommy & Me Sculpt & Flow is a workout-based class designed to help moms build strength, improve core stability, and increase mobility while their little ones are welcome alongside them. The class blends yoga, functional movement, and Pilates-inspired exercises to create an energizing and effective session. Children may participate in simple movements or play nearby, allowing moms to focus on their own fitness while still sharing the experience together.
