These private sessions are perfect for moms who aren’t ready to leave the house yet, are navigating newborn life, or simply want individualized support during the postpartum transition. Led by a Registered Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga Teacher, each session is tailored to your stage of recovery, energy level, birth experience, and goals. Classes may include gentle stretching, core and pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, relaxation, and functional movement to help you feel stronger and more supported in everyday motherhood.
