Mommy & Me Yoga Club offers mom-focused yoga classes with optional supervised child watch, so you can move, stretch, and reset without needing a babysitter. Our classes are designed specifically for mothers who want movement, connection, and peace of mind while their children play nearby.
What Is Child Watch?
Child Watch is an optional supervised play option offered during select Yoga for Moms classes. It gives moms the chance to enjoy their practice while their child plays nearby in a designated area. Moms may choose to keep their child with them by their mat instead of utilizing the Child Watch option.
Children are supervised by Mommy & Me Yoga Club staff or approved assistants and encouraged to enjoy calm, age-appropriate play while parents are in class.
Child Watch is meant to be a supportive add-on, not a full childcare service.
What Child Watch Is
• Supervised play during select Yoga for Moms classes
• A designated play area within the class space or facility
• Simple, age-appropriate activities like toys, books, or quiet play

Watching over infants along with their safe, age-appropriate carriers
• Short-term supervision while a parent participates in class
• Optional — children are always welcome to stay with their parent
What Child Watch Is Not
• Not a licensed childcare, daycare, or drop-off service
• Not one-on-one or individualized care
• Not medical, behavioral, or therapeutic supervision
• Not appropriate for children who need constant individual attention
• Not available for all classes or events
Important Things to Know
• Child Watch is optional. You’re always welcome to keep your child by your side during class.
• Parents and guardians must remain on-site for the entire class.
• Parents will be called for diaper changes, feeding, and bathroom assistance.
• Children should be able to participate safely in a small group play setting.

We welcome infants in child watch along with their safe, age-appropriate carriers.
• Availability depends on location, class type, and staffing. In the rare occasion that we are understaffed for child watch, we will still run the yoga class with children playing in the studio space along with moms. If this happens, we will credit a class to your account.
• Participation is covered under our Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability.
